Neighbourhood Watch

The parish meeting in March 2007 saw the launch of a new Neighbourhood Watch Scheme in Mowsley, working under the auspices of the Market Harborough Neighbourhood Watch Association.

You can help the scheme succeed by reporting anything you see which is criminal or suspicious. Obviously serious matters will mean calling the police immediately, but for less threatening situations which you nevertheless feel need reporting and maybe warrant some action being taken, call Neighbourhood Watch.

On the first Tuesday in each month Neighbourhood Watch runs a surgery/stall in Harborough’s Market Hall from 9.00am – 3.00pm in partnership with the local police. It aims to offer a wide range of personal security items, such as alarms, door chains, letterbox guards etc, as well as information on crime prevention, community safety and advice leaflets.
